Kickin' it "old school"

As I chip away at my research project revolving around my inquiry: "How to be an essential part of a high-performing creative team", I've also studied methods of coding data through the past two modules (Two and Three). A lot of it revolves around triangulation, themes, and such, but I only had considered coding in a digital sense until recently. I had discovered tools on SurveyMonkey where I have hosted my interview data collection via self-completion questionnaire, and had brainstormed organizing through an app, but this week it dawned on me that it can also be coded physically in the real world.  The question was: "Do you believe there are specific characteristics of a highly effective creative team member? If yes, what are the top three characteristics that come to mind?"
There were 51 words or phrases representing the participants answers.
I printed out the responses began arranging them in accordance to them "Humble, Hungry, Smart" theory of Patrick Lencioni as proposed in my Module 2 proposal.
As I did so, I noticed that every single response fell into one of these categories.
Fairly interesting, and a confirmation of this being a useful method of arrangement.
Below is a shot of how I found each response fitting into the themes. A response in the center means it fits all themes. A response directly above or below means it fits into that specific category the most. A response between two of the categories, means it could fit both themes. (See photo below)
With that being said, to my colleagues, is most your data collected digital?
Are there elements of physicality to your data and the coding of it? Or am I the only one "kickin' it old school"?
