Coffee Problems - Skype Meeting 5/1

Today's Skype meeting left me fairly baffled. I've felt like I've been moving in the right direction with starting to shape up my inquiry proposal, and while I've at least landed on my inquiry question: "How  do I become an essential part of a high-performing creative team?", I feel stumped.
I'm fairly confident in the amount of literature revolving around creative teams and the makeup of them, but the question "what are you going to do with your data" was proposed, and while I felt like the notion of using it going forward in my career would suffice, I think I may have a misunderstanding about life after surveying my participants. The only thing I could think of after the meeting was that question. Almost in an incapacitated way. I suppose it's part of the process, but when I have roughly 20 days to finish the proposal, it's easy to feel the pressure. I'm hoping for some sort of sense of direction in the next few days so I can add it into my writeup.

One of my takeaways from the meeting was the idea that in a team environment, there's potential for answers varying from one day to the next. Adesola mentioned the example: What if someone working for them had poisoned their coffee that day. Their answer may be something along the lines of: "Well, ideally in a creative team you wouldn't have the mistake of someone poising your coffee in the morning!". While extreme, it truthfully brings up an important question. What the the factors that could be impacting ones answers to the questions in my survey?

Do you feel like your inquiry question/subject is fairly fool proof?
